VitaForge Terms of Use.

The service
VitaForge is a membership-based personal wellness intelligence and educational platform. Features may include check-ins, scores, pattern views, AI-guided reflection, breathing, hydration, movement, programs, reminders, reports and educational tools. Features can change as the service improves.
Not medical care
VitaForge is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service or substitute for qualified professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Scores, estimates, patterns and suggestions are general-wellness information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Never delay care or disregard professional guidance because of VitaForge. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify VitaForge if you believe your account is compromised.
Seven-day free trial
An eligible verified account receives one seven-day trial. No credit card is required and the trial does not renew or charge automatically. Trial timing and eligibility are controlled server-side. Creating another account, signing out or reinstalling does not reset eligibility.
Paid membership and Shopify
Paid plans, prices, renewal terms, cancellations, refunds and payment methods are presented through the applicable VitaForge commerce or Shopify customer flow. Those transaction terms shown at purchase control the paid order. Ending VitaForge app access does not automatically cancel an external subscription unless the commerce flow expressly confirms cancellation.
Member-provided and connected information
You choose whether to enter wellness information or connect supported sources. You confirm that information you provide is yours to use. Connected-device values, GPS, calculations, reminders and AI responses can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate and should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person’s account, probe or disrupt security, upload harmful material, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use VitaForge to violate law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
VitaForge, its product names, interface, content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is active.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. VitaForge does not promise uninterrupted access, particular wellness results or that every insight will be accurate or appropriate for every person.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VitaForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Applicable consumer protections and governing law depend on your location and the entity providing the service.
Changes and contact
